I bought the 500ml jar and have been using it for the past few weeks as a body lotion and also taking a teaspoon everyday and also giving it to my cat Ollie who seems to really like it! Lol.
It has been a great help to my skin - since undergoing chemotherapy and radiotherapy for breast cancer my skin really suffered but using Lucy Bee has really made a difference and it was also really important to me that it was Fair Trade and also cruelty free.
I just wanted to say keep up the great work everyone.
I bought your book last week and loved reading through the recipes. Tonight I have made Chicken and Chorizo Paella on page 75 in your book.
It was amazing with the lemon squeezed over it. It will be made again and again. I have tagged loads of the recipes to make in the future. Is there a second book on the horizon?
Hey thought you'd like to know....
I was making your Rasberry Bakewell Cake when I had to down tools and rush out.
I didn't want to waste the mixture so I rolled it together and covered it in clingfilm (just like you would pastry) and popped it in the fridge.
Didn't get to use it until 2 days later. I left it on the side to bring to room temp, then carried on as per the recipe (added the berries and topping with almonds etc.) I was worried it might not rise, however if cooked perfectly and was delish!!
So Top Tip... could make in advance (partially) and I wondered if it might even freeze???
