Top Tip for Your Raspberry Bakewell Cake

Hey thought you'd like to know....

I was making your Rasberry Bakewell Cake when I had to down tools and rush out.

I didn't want to waste the mixture so I rolled it together and covered it in clingfilm (just like you would pastry) and popped it in the fridge.

Didn't get to use it until 2 days later. I left it on the side to bring to room temp, then carried on as per the recipe (added the berries and topping with almonds etc.) I was worried it might not rise, however if cooked perfectly and was delish!!

So Top Tip... could make in advance (partially) and I wondered if it might even freeze???
