  • ½ avocado
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tbsp. gluten free oats
  • 1 tsp. maca powder
  • 250ml Lucy Bee Coconut Milk
  • 1 tsp. chia seeds
  • 50g spinach

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blitz. Enjoy!
