Berry Blast Ice Lollies

  • 200ml Lucy Bee Coconut Milk
  • 2-4 tsp. Lucy Bee Coconut Sugar
  • 160g blackcurrants (or berries of your choice)


  1. To a blender (I used a nutribullet) add the Lucy Bee Coconut milk, Lucy Bee Coconut Sugar, and berries and blitz until blended well.
  2. Pour into ice lolly moulds.
  3. Place into the freezer, for 6 hours at least, or overnight if possible.
