Ingredients

  • 1/2 banana (either freeze the other half or double up this recipe to make 2 smoothies)
  • 1/4 avocado (you can freeze the remaining avocado for smoothies)
  • A handful of spinach
  • 10g gluten free oats
  • 1/2 tsp. Lucy Bee Cinnamon Powder
  • 20g blueberries
  • 160ml Lucy Bee Coconut Milk

Method

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. It's now ready to serve and enjoy!
  2. Approximately 13g of sugar.
