Cabbage with Juniper Berries and Lucy Bee

  • 250g mixed cabbages (dark and light) - chopped into thin slices
  • 1 tbsp. Lucy Bee Coconut Oil
  • 5g or 10-15 single juniper berries, crushed
  • A pinch of Lucy Bee Himalayan Salt and Lucy Bee Whole Black Peppercorns, ground, to season


  1. Add the sliced cabbage to a large saucepan and cook on a medium heat for 8-10 minutes with the Lucy Bee Coconut Oil and juniper berries.
  2. Season to serve.
