  • 40g gluten free oats
  • 140ml Lucy Bee Coconut Milk
  • 1/4 tsp. Lucy Bee Chai Blend
  • 1/2 apple, grated (skin removed)
  • 1 tbsp. chia seeds (optional)


  1. Add all the ingredients into a jar. A Lucy Bee 300ml jar works perfectly!
  2. Stir and mix ingredients.
  3. Store in the fridge overnight.
