Chocolate, Banana, and Peanut Butter Ice Lollies

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 tbsp. Lucy Bee Cacao
  • 2 1/2 tbsp. peanut butter
  • 1 medium banana
  • 200ml Lucy Bee Coconut Milk

Method

  1. Add the Lucy Bee Cacao, peanut butter, banana, and Lucy Bee Coconut Milk to a blender (I used a nutribullet) and blitz until blended.
  2. Pour into ice lolly moulds, and place in the freezer.
  3. Freeze for at least 6 hours, or overnight.
