Eggnog - Gluten, Dairy and Refined Sugar Free

  • 500ml almond milk
  • 2-3 pitted dates
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • ½ tsp. grated nutmeg
  • 1 tsp. Lucy Bee Cinnamon Powder
  • 1 tsp. vanilla essence
  • 2 eggs, whisked
  • ¼ tsp. Lucy Bee Coconut Flour


  1. Blend the almond milk with the dates, then add to a pan and warm on the hob over a medium heat.
  2. Add a cinnamon stick, nutmeg, Lucy Bee Cinnamon Powder, vanilla essence and eggs. Stir continuously to avoid the egg scrambling.
  3. Stir the Lucy Bee Coconut Flour in and continue to gently warm for 4-6 minutes.
  4. Once ready remove from the heat and allow to cool for a few minutes before blending again, then serving.
