Method

  1. Add all your ingredients to a saucepan and gently bring to a boil. Simmer for 10-12 minutes.
  2. Allow to cool slightly before serving.

  • 1 litre good quality red wine
  • 2 x 5cm cinnamon sticks
  • 1 tsp. whole cloves
  • 1 tsp. Lucy Bee Cinnamon Powder
  • 1 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 tsp. ground cardamom
  • 1 tsp. ground ginger
  • 1 large orange (juiced)
  • 1/4 orange peel
  • Peel from 1/4 of an orange
