Lucy Bee Chocolate Dipped Strawberries

  • Strawberries
  • 50g Lucy Bee Coconut Oil, melted
  • 50g Lucy Bee Cacao Powder/Lucy Bee Drinking Chocolate
  • 1 tsp. honey or date syrup, optional


  1. Mix the melted Lucy Bee Coconut Oil and Lucy Bee Cacao Powder/Lucy Bee Drinking Chocolate and add the honey, if using.
  2. Place in the fridge for 20 minutes to slightly harden - this makes it easier to dip the strawberries into the chocolate.
  3. Dip each strawberry into the chocolate until coated.
  4. Place on a dish or bowl and put back into the fridge until the chocolate has set.
