Lucy Bee Energy Balls with Maca

Ingredients

  • 150g almonds
  • 150g dried figs
  • 150g dried dates
  • 1 tbsp. Lucy Bee Coconut Oil, melted
  • 1 tbsp. desiccated coconut
  • 1 tsp. maca
  • ½ tsp. spirulina (optional)

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180C, 350F, gas mark 4.
  2. Place the almonds on a baking sheet and bake for 7 to 10 minutes, until nicely toasted. Remove and set aside to cool.
  3. Once cool, whizz all ingredients together in a food processor until they start to stick together.
  4. Form the mixture into 20 balls. They keep well stored in the fridge in an airtight container.
