Lucy Bee Parsnip and Carrot Crisps

Ingredients

  • 1 carrot
  • 1 parsnip
  • 1 tsp. Lucy Bee Coconut Oil
  • Paprika or Lucy Bee Cinnamon Powder to serve

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180C, 350F, gas mark 4.
  2. Peel and slice the carrot and parsnip with a vegetable peeler. Toss in Lucy Bee Coconut Oil and roast. Turn during cooking to make sure they don't burn.
  3. Once cooked, shake over with paprika or Lucy Bee Cinnamon Powder.
