Ingredients

  • 40g Lucy Bee Creamed Coconut (reduce to 20g for a ‘light’ coconut milk)
  • 170ml water - room temperature or warm

Method

  1. NOTE: as an unprocessed product, which naturally contains coconut oil, it’s common for this oil to separate and solidify and sit on the top. If this is the case with your jar, gently warm it and mix together to use - this is particularly important if making coconut milk, to make sure it blends properly.
  2. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until combined.
  3. Shake before using – if you leave this to stand it may separate, which is perfectly normal.
