Melon, Spiced Ginger and Prosciutto Skewers

Makes 8 skewers



  • 1 cantaloupe melon
  • Stem ginger in syrup (available in most supermarkets)
  • 80g Prosciutto ham
  • Wooden skewers, medium sized, to serve


  1. Quarter and deseed the melon.
  2. Cut the ginger into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Chop the Prosciutto into small pieces.
  4. Place a piece of melon onto the skewer followed by ham then ginger and repeat (if you have room).
