Nut Butter and Cacao Hot Chocolate

  • 200ml Lucy Bee Coconut Milk
  • 30g nut butter – I used almond butter
  • 1 tbsp. Lucy Bee Drinking Chocolate/Lucy Bee Cacao Powder
  • Optional: to sweeten, either 1 tsp. Lucy Bee Cinnamon Powder; 20g pitted date; 1 tsp. honey; or coconut sugar


  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blitz.
  2. Heat for 2-3 minutes until your preferred temperature, be careful not to burn.
