Nut Milks - Gluten and Lactose Free

  • 50g nut of your choice - either almonds/brazil nuts/hazelnut
  • 1 litre filtered water plus extra for soaking


  1. Soak 50g of each nut for under 2 hours in warm water.
  2. Drain then add 250ml water.
  3. Blitz in a nutri bullet or similar high speed blender.
  4. Drain through a sieve.
  5. Mix with 600-1000ml (to taste) with each.
  6. Store in milk bottles.
  7. TIP: Dry the leftover flour - it can be used for baking, seasonings and sweet/savoury sauces.
