Spiced Omega Porridge with Cacao

  • 40g gluten free oats
  • 1 tbsp. Lucy Bee Cacao Powder
  • ½ tsp. Lucy Bee Chai Mix
  • 200ml Lucy Bee Coconut Milk
  • 1 small banana, sliced
  • ½ tbsp. Lucy Bee Starseed Sacha Inchi Omega Oil


  1. Add the oats, Lucy Bee Cacao Powder, Lucy Bee Chai Mix and Lucy Bee Coconut Milk to a saucepan and, on a medium/low heat, cook until the oats have swelled and are cooked through (about 5 minutes or so), stirring to make sure it doesn’t stick.
  2. Serve in a bowl, topped with the banana and the Lucy Bee Starseed Sacha Inchi Omega Oil drizzled over.
