In the true spirit of all that we do at Lucy Bee, keeping you all informed of what we’re doing, I want to let you know that after a lot of thought and consideration we are discontinuing our current skincare range and will be relaunching towards the end of this year, with some changes.
What this means is that we will not have new stock of our Face Cream, Cleansing Milk, Body Cream, Lip Balm, Lip Scrub, Face Exfoliator and Body Exfoliator until we relaunch - as soon as we have a definite date, we will let you know! Please know that this decision has not been taken lightly on our part.
I understand any disappointment with the delay and thank you for your patience, kindness and loyalty – myself and the team have been absolutely overwhelmed by the incredible feedback we’ve had from all of you.
Our original partner who manufactured our range was just not able to provide us with the quality and quantity of product we expected and you deserve. We have learnt a lot from the initial launch and have listened to all of your great feedback, most positive some negative, which we really value and will be incorporating many of your suggestions into the revised new range to make it even better.
This is a real shame but we believe that it will enable Lucy Bee to provide you with even better natural, ethical beauty products. We will keep you updated of our progress.

This is really sad news. I’ve got your face exfoliator, and it is frankly wonderful! I’ve never got on with them before but this is very calming and smoothing, heaven.
You’ve taken a really brave step here, as a brand owner (food products) we’ve first-hand experience of the rollercoaster that is product launch, and truly empathise.

I am sorry to hear about the beauty products but think it’s really great that the products are so important to you that the quality really is a focus. As I have followed Lucy Bee for some time this is incredibly reassuring as a customer.
