'As well as using coconut oil in her diet, Corinne also incorporates it into her beauty regime.'
Corinne is a professional surfer who not only hosts her own surfing school but is a model too.
She first began surfing when she moved away from the inner city to the Cornish coast. She has always loved being in the ocean and moving to Cornwall allowed her to be in the ocean every day. She runs her own Girls Surfing Day Tour at beaches in Wales, Cornwall, Devon, France and Portugal hoping to get more girls interested in the sport and push women’s surfing in the UK.
Corinne tries to surf everyday if she can, so starting the day well is important. She always makes sure she has a delicious breakfast; one of her favourites is poached egg and avocado on toast. Corinne tries to incorporate coconut oil as much as possible into her diet - in the morning she will add Lucy Bee to her coffee, which she blends with freshly brewed coffee and rice milk - perfect for a long day of surfing.
As well as using coconut oil in her diet, Corinne also incorporates it into her beauty regime. Once a week Corinne uses Lucy Bee as a treatment on her hair, being in the water so much, the sun and salt can dry out her hair. Using coconut oil as a hair mask nourishes her hair and leaves it smelling great.
