Do 

  • Stay Hydrated 
  • Eat a variety of fruit and vegetables

  • Rest as much as possible and try to get good sleep

Don’t 

  • Don’t over cleanse or exfoliate as this may cause dry, irritated skin 
  • Pick or squeeze spots as this will cause scarring and can introduce bacteria 
  • Use retinoids – vitamin A is a no in pregnancy  
  • Panic about your skin and start buying products that you do not need
