Kale Crisps Lucy Bee Style, Perfect 'On the Go' Snack

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp. Lucy Bee Coconut Oil, melted
  • 200g kale
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 1 tsp. Lucy Bee Turmeric Powder
  • A pinch of Lucy Bee Himalayan Salt

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 200C, 400F, gas mark 6.
  2. Wash the kale, pat dry then cut out the stalks, if you prefer not to use these.
  3. Add the kale to a large mixing bowl then drizzle the Lucy Bee Coconut Oil over. Add the spices and toss so the kale is coated.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes, tossing once during cooking.
