  • 200ml freshly brewed coffee
  • 200ml Lucy Bee Coconut Milk
  • 2 tbsp. pumpkin puree
  • ½ tsp. Lucy Bee Chai Blend
  • Optional Lucy Bee Coconut Sugar or maple syrup, to sweeten
  • A pinch of Lucy Bee Cinnamon, optional for sprinkling on top, to serve


  1. Mix all the ingredients in a blender or place all ingredients in a pan and whisk until fully combined. Warm through if needed and sweeten to taste, if required.
  2. Serve sprinkled with Lucy Bee Cinnamon Powder.
