  • 1 ripe banana
  • 2 tbsp. almond butter or peanut butter - see our recipe to make your own
  • 1 tbsp. Lucy Bee Cacao Powder/Lucy Bee Drinking Chocolate
  • 160ml Lucy Bee Coconut Milk
  • A pinch of Lucy Bee Himalayan Salt


  1. Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. It's now ready to serve and enjoy!
  2. NOTE:Approximately 16.9g of sugar. If you want less, use half a banana making it 10.9g.
