About Protein Shakes

There are numerous protein powders available and we like vegan, plant-based powders. They contain high levels of proteins and essential nutrients that can be absorbed instantly. 

Mighty Green Smoothie 

  • 1 large handful of spinach
  • 1 banana
  • 1 apple
  • 1 lemon, peeled
  • 1 tbsp. Lucy Bee Coconut Oil
  • 1 glass of water

Raspberry Smoothie

  • 100g raspberries
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 120ml Lucy Bee Coconut Milk
  • 1 tbsp. Lucy Bee Coconut Oil
  • 1 tsp. of Manuka honey – optional
